    Atlanta Greek Festival

September 27 – September 30, 2018 There is a reason the Atlanta Greek Festival has been around for more than 40 years. You may go for the food, but you’ll stay for the dancing and artisans. In a rush? Swing by the drive-through for food!

Fall Fest in Candler Park and Tour of Homes

September 29 – 30, 2018 The Fall Fest in Candler Park is a can’t miss. Two full days of music, 200+ vendors, giant kid area, and food trucks.  Run the 5K on Saturday and get a t-shirt and drink ticket. Of course, we will be checking out the Tour of Homes on Sunday featuring ten homes in Candler Park.

    Woofstock

September 29 – 30, 2018 Don’t leave the pets at home, bring them out for Atlanta’s Largest Pet Party at Smyrna Market Village.  There will be dog contests for the canines, and vendors for all pets. The event will be attended by over 50 non-profits and rescues, so if you don’t have a pet, you can find the perfect one at Woofstock.

    Atlanta Streets Alive

September 30, 2018 Don’t miss the last Atlanta Streets Alive event of 2018.  Come enjoy the 3.1 mile stretch between Midtown and Downtown while it is closed to motorized traffic and taken over by pedestrians and bikers.  Bike parade starts at 1:30 p.m. or just enjoy a leisurely stroll through the community.

    Sunday in the Park

September 30, 2018 Before public parks, cemeteries were often the only public green space and people frequently brought a picnic basket and celebrated life.  The Oakland Cemetery Sunday in the Park revives that tradition. There will be living history performances, music, and author talks. Participate in the historical costume contest while viewing some mausoleums open for this day only.
